Israeli forces arrest released prisoners in West Bank raids

4 November، 2026

Israeli occupation forces launched a series of large-scale raids and house invasions across various areas of the occupied West Bank early Wednesday morning. The operations involved numerous arrests and detentions targeting Palestinians, including released prisoners and minors. The incursions also triggered confrontations that led to injuries and cases of suffocation due to tear gas exposure.

Nablus and Surrounding Areas

In Nablus governorate, troops invaded dozens of homes, subjecting residents to field interrogations after holding them for hours. Reports indicate physical abuse was inflicted upon detainees, with some properties damaged or converted into military barracks. Snipers were positioned on rooftops during these operations. In the village of Yitma south of the city, forces arrested released prisoner Faik Sanoubar following a raid on his home. Additionally, Rabab Samara was detained during an incursion into the Old Town.

The raids extended to the towns of Hawwara, Beita, Beit Fureik, and Asirin, as well as the Bathan village and Ayn Camp. Homes in Kafr Qilil village were also targeted during this phase of the operation.

Jenin and Qalqilya Operations

In Jenin, forces entered multiple neighborhoods within the city, launching a wave of arrests that included Dr. Shaima Abu Ghali, a released prisoner. Raids also reached the town of Siliya al-Harithiya to the west of the governorate. Meanwhile, in Qalqilya, three young men—Hamza Imran, Mustafa Bilal Imran, and Ahmed Abdullah Imran—were arrested after troops stormed a café in the town of Azun east of the city.

Ramallah, Hebron, Jericho, and Tulkarm

In Ramallah, soldiers detained several youths and children during an invasion of Al-Mughayir village northeast of the city. Forces also raided the Jalazone Camp north of the governorate. In Hebron, widespread raids were carried out against Palestinian homes. In Jericho, troops invaded the Uqba Jabr Camp and searched several residences. Furthermore, incursions occurred in the Akaba suburb east of Tulkarm.

These coordinated actions are part of an escalating military campaign by Israeli forces in cities and towns across the West Bank. The ongoing pattern involves frequent home invasions and the continued execution of arrests and detentions against Palestinians in the region.
